Delete your Cycle Care data

You can ask for everything Cycle Care holds about you to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days.

In the app (quickest)

1. Open the Cycle Care app and open the menu.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Tap Delete my data and log out, type delete my data, and confirm.

Your phone is erased and logged out straight away. The app shows you when the deletion has been carried out.

Without the app

Email sales@cyclecare.life with the subject Delete my Cycle Care data, and include your full name, your date of birth and the name of your clinic. We confirm the request with your clinic before deleting, so that nobody can delete someone else's data, and reply when it has been done.

What is deleted

Your profile and contact details, health history, your partner's details, treatment cycles, medications, appointments, results, messages, consent forms and signatures, and your period and food logs.

What is kept, and for how long

• A note that a record existed and was deleted, with no name or other details about you.
• The log of which clinic staff opened your record and when, without its contents, so your clinic can still account for who accessed it.
• Copies in our backups, which are overwritten within 10 days.
